  • INTERVIEW
The business eBox Technologies works with the University on different projects and thanks to this grant I’ll have the opportunity to participate in this collaborative work and develop my final project with the advice and the chance to work directly with this business.
My project consists of creating solutions for open software for the administration of networks and telephone systems directed at businesses that could be used for the servers at the University.
The business eBox is a very important company in the field of technology, actually it´s been recognised as starting a new version of open software1.0 that due to its innovative character includes everything necessary to facilitate the administration of corporate networks. These type of initiatives are very close to the concept of the project that I want to develop, therefore my evaluation of choosing this company at this time is very positive.
The main advantage is that I’m in direct contact with professionals and I can learn about the daily life of engineers and not only have the theoretical knowledge which my degree course provides.
At the start of my engineering degree I didn’t believe in the possibility of specialising in a specific field within the technological sector. Participation in this project also helps me to focus on the orientation of my work and decide what path I want to take to complete my studies.
